UNITEH SERVIS STRATEGY IS IN GENERAL BASED ON THE FOLLOWING THREE RULES:

 1. SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS TO ENSURE SATISFACTORY FUNCTIONING OF THE PRODUCT AT CUSTOMERS’, AND PROFIT FOR UNITEH.

 2. WE CANNOT PUT PROFIT BEFORE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, BUT A NON-PROFITABLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN NOT LAST LONG.

3. CUSTOMER IS THE CENTRAL POINT OF ALL SERVICE EFFORTS.

FROM THESE RULES IT CAN BE CONCLUDED WHAT THREE IMPORTANT AIMS OF UNITEH ARE:

       1. TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS.

       2. TO ACHIEVE A PROFIT THROUGH SERVICE ACTIVITIES.

       3. TO PROMOTE A GOOD IMAGE OF UNITEH.

IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THESE AIMS WE ADOPTED

TWO CATEGORIES OF SERVICING:

      PROTECTIVE SERVICE.

PROTECTIVE SERVICE IS THE OLD TRADITIONAL WAY OF MAINTENANCE,I.E. REPAIR WHEN THE MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER.

     PREVENTIVE SERVICE.

PREVENTIVE SERVICE IS MORE RELIABLE AND IT CREATES BETTER IMAGE FOR UNITEH, BECAUSE IT GOES MUCH FURTHER IN THE SENSE OF COMMERCIAL INITIATIVE, OFFERING SERVICE PRODUCTS SUCH AS:

SERVICE

CONTRACTS  CONDITION  INSPECTION     REPAIRS  AT ACCEPTABLE PRICES.

PREVENTIVE SERVICE INSPIRES OUR USERS WITH HIGHER TRUST IN PRODUCTS, THEREFORE CHOOSE THE BEST.

BASIC AIM OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT FACTORY UNITEH-SMEDEREVO IS TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS’ REQUIREMENTS REGARDING FUNCTIONING OF PRODUCTS AT ACCEPTABLE OVERALL COSTS.

THIS IS ACHIEVED BY MEANS OF AN EFFICIENT SALES DEPARTMENT WHICH OFFERS SERVICE PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT.
